Everybody can participate, you don’t HAVE to be an existing patient of our practice! If you like FREE money, you’re welcome to play!  

WHAT?

Refer your friends to our practice! Your referral must begin orthodontic treatment at our practice to receive your $100 Visa.

HOW?

Our pediatric dental offices have STACKS of cards waiting for you to fill out! Make sure you write your first and last name, phone number and email address on them and start handing them out. Grocery stores, parks, pools, churches….the opportunities are endless! Can’t make it to our office? No sweat! Just send your friends the URL of this page (https://www.chattahoocheefamilyortho.com/referral-program), and have them “CLICK & PRINT” the card above. Just make sure that your friends fill out the back of the card, so that you get PAID!
